The PROLINE vertical hydraulic pipe bending machine is designed for the high production bending of steel pipe required on pipeline projects. This model can be custom manufactured with Standard or Heavy-Duty features.

Standard Model Features:

• Front and center controls to allow the operator to monitor the full bending action and be in total control at all times
  
• Powered by a Deutz F3L 1011 air-cooled diesel engine with electric start and emergency shutdown

The PROLINE vertical hydraulic pipe bending machine is designed to cold bend steel pipe of various wall thickness. It is powerful, fast and operator friendly.

• CAT 3054 DIT turbo-charged diesel engine, water cooled, with a 12 volt electric start, rated at 107 HP (80 KW) intermittent at 2200 RPM
  
• Hydraulic pressure supplied by a hydraulic pump and controlled by a manual three spool valve bank
  
• Hydraulic drive pipe movement winch
  
• Two adjustable polyurethane lead in rollers
  
• Equipped with ½" (12.7 mm) polyurethane liners for 30" (762 mm) externally coated pipe
