Hydra Wedge Flange Spreader
The Hydra Wedge Flange Spreader gives you up to 60 tons of muscle
and takes the place of a hammer and wedge. This lightweight tool
weighs only 20 pounds and provides continuous, critical control

PSI® - Thunderline / Link-Seal
Link-Seal was developed as the first modular mechanical seal for
pipe through wall penetrations. Today there are over 100 variations
of Link-Seal. Installation takes less than 5 minutes after which
Link-Seal expands around the space to create a gas and water tight
seal.

Pipeline Pigs

Rockshields
Tuff-N-Nuff™ Rockshield
is a patented, non-woven, flexible PVC material that protects pipe
coatings from direct impact during backfilling operations and allows
water to drain away. It also provides long-term protection of the
pipe by keeping hard objects in the backfill away form the pipe
coating during operation of the line. The unique Tuff-N-Nuff pattern
also makes cathodic testing effective, as verified by the testing
departments of pipeline owners.
Considering the high cost of pipe and labour
and the increasing government controls to improve pipeline safety,
it’s more important than ever to protect expensive pipeline
installations.
Features:
- Can withstand temperatures of 350ºF
- Tear strength of 15 lb./inch
- Does not inhibit cathodic protection
- Choose from pads or rolls
Renwrap Rockshield is designed for use where bond to the
anti-corrosion coating is not required. It is easily applied with
Renwrap innerwrap on an over the ditch line travel spiral mode.
Also used as a rockshield over precoated pipe and applied in a cigarette
wrap fashion using Renwrap tie-down tape. Can be applied in temperatures
as low as -34ºC (-30ºF) or as high as 71ºC (160ºF).
